2021 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave

  • Up to 12 weeks of leave pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California
  • Family Rights Act (CFRA)
  • Up to 60 workdays of Workers' Compensation/Industrial Accident Leave
  • Sick Leave
  • Extended Illness Leave
  • Exclusion Pay, if eligible under 8 CCR 3205(c)(10)
  • Other rights specified in your collective bargaining agreement or applicable MOU

SoCo Emergency News

If you have been excluded from the workplace due to a workplace positive exposure or have been identified as a District close contact*, COVID-19 testing is available at no cost to you during work hours, or if outside of work hours, with compensation.  Please see link(s) below or contact your health benefit provider for testing locations and scheduling protocols.
CRPUSD will begin COVID-19 employee testing as required by CAL/OSHA. Employees will be notified when District testing will begin.

*A close contact is defined as a person who came within six(6) feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.
