“It is an honor to be selected to serve as the Superintendent of the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District,” said Dr. Perez. “I'm excited to join the team and spend time learning about instructional programs, meeting staff, and touring school sites. I'm also looking forward to meeting students and their families. When I had the opportunity to visit a school showcase recently, it was evident to me that the community is not only welcoming but also proud of their schools. I am thrilled to be part of this positive energy.”

School Board president Leffler Brown said, “As a school board we are excited about the leadership that Dr. Perez will bring to the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District. Her acumen and experience will help our students succeed and ensure that our team of educators has the tools and processes to be successful.”
