Enroll in the 2026-2027 School Year
Please use the application below to enroll in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Age Requirments
Transitional Kindergarten - Must be 4 years old by September 1st for the year of their enrolment.
Kindergarten - Must be 5 years old by September 1st for the year of their enrollment.
Required Documents
To help speed up the enrollment process have these following documents available:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization record
- Proof of residence within the district (see Accepted Proof of Residences Documents)
- Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten Questionnaire
- Kindergarten Health Exam (English & Spanish)
- Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (English & Spanish)
- All students entering 7th grade will need to provide proof that they have received an adolescent pertussis (whooping cough) booster shot (Tdap) prior to starting school.
- Transcripts if transfering from another high school.
Accepted Proof of Residence Documents
Residence Documents Required for Initial Enrollment for all K-12 Students: Must produce ONE of the following for enrollment:
- Payment verification of the following utilities in parent/guardian name: gas, electricity, water, or garbage for the current residence within 2 months of enrollment
- Rental/Lease agreement – current or recently signed in parent/guardian name.
- Mortgage statements in parent/guardian name. If the home is under construction a title/deed or signed sales or purchase agreement in the parent/guardian's name will be accepted.
- Property tax receipts for the current residence n parent/guardian name.
- Rent payment receipts within 2 months of enrollment.
- Documentation from the Department of Human Services with current residence
- Court documents indicating current residence
- Shared Residence Affidavit / Declaración Jurada de Residencia Compartida (please submit only if you do not have your own residence and are living with another person/family)
Students generally attend the neighborhood school in the school district where their parents live, however parents/guardians may request a transfer to a different school or consider other attendance options. All school districts in Sonoma County have adopted local policy and criteria for accepting or denying transfers.
