Public Comment - Items on the Agenda
Please note the meeting is recorded and live streamed at: www.crpusd.org. Members of the public are entitled to speak to any item on the agenda either immediately after the item is called by the Board President or following background information provided related to the item, at the Board President's discretion. Each person is entitled to speak on any agenda item only once at any meeting. Although Board members may seek additional information, participation in debate on any item before the Board shall be limited to members of the Board. Please fill out a comment card, which will be given to the Board President, indicating the item you wish to address. Comments are limited to three minutes per individual and twenty minutes per item.
Public Comment - Items Not on the Agenda
Please note the meeting is recorded and live streamed at: www.crpusd.org. Members of the public are entitled to speak on matters not on the agenda near the conclusion of the meeting when called for by the Board President. Please state your name and address, and keep your comments concise, brief, and limited to three minutes or less. A maximum of twenty minutes is allotted to each subject not appearing on the agenda. If there are more speakers than time allotted they are each offered the opportunity to speak for an equal duration up to twenty minutes. The Brown Act restricts the Board from considering any item not appearing on the posted agenda.
Primary Language Services - Governing Board Agendas and Meetings
An oral Spanish translation of the Board Agenda may be obtained by telephoning 792-4715. District parents/guardians may request the assistance of a Spanish language translator at a meeting of the Governing Board. Requests for a translator must be made at least 30 hours prior to the commencement of regular meetings of the Governing Board and at least 8 hours prior to the commencement of special or emergency meetings of the Governing Board. To request a translator, telephone the Executive Secretary to the Superintendent at 792-4722 and provide your name, your student's name, your telephone number, and the agenda item(s) you desire to be translated.
Servicios de Idioma Primario -Agendas y Reuniones de la Mesa Directiva
Se puede obtener una traducción oral de la Agenda de la Reunión de la Mesa Directiva llamando al 792-4715. Padres/guardianes del Distrito pueden solicitar la asistencia de un intérprete español en las reuniones de la Mesa Directiva. Es necesario solicitarlo al menos 30 horas antes del comienzo de las reuniones regulares de la Mesa Directiva, y al menos 8 horas antes del comienzo de las reuniones de emergencia o especiales de la Mesa Directiva. Para solicitar un intérprete, llame a la Secretaria Ejecutiva del Superintendente al 792-4722 y dé su nombre, el de su estudiante, su número de teléfono y el tema(s) de la agenda que desea se le traduzca.

Individuals who require disability-related accommodations or modifications, including but not limited to a sign language interpreter, accessible seating or documentation in accessible formats, should contact the Superintendent's office, 792-4722, at least 30 hours prior to a regular meeting date, or 8 hours prior to a special meeting.
