Please submit the appropriate completed forms (linked below) with official, unopened transcripts, or proof of workshop attendance by October 1st, either in-person to HR, or via
the pony. Emailed professional development forms will not be accepted. Electronic transcripts will only be applied to salary changes IF you submit a hard
copy of the professional development form.

If units/hours are approved, any changes on the salary schedule will be applied retroactively to the beginning of the applicable school year, and shown on the October 31 paycheck.
