Facility Plan Process
In late 2023 Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA) was selected by Cotati Rohnert Park Unified School District (CRPUSD) to develop a comprehensive Facilities Plan (FP) to identify and prioritize needed facility improvements through an inclusive community focused process. Over the past 8 months QKA has worked hand in hand with District staff to develop and implement a facilities planning process that is aligned with the District’s goals and which includes all representatives from all members of the Cotati Rohnert Park Unified School District community. This process has included nearly 30 meetings with committees representing the community of each school in the District and including teachers, staff, students, parents, administrators and community members. The FP is the result of their time, effort and viewpoints.
The FP establishes a long term vision for improving the facilities of Cotati Rohnert Park Unified School District and continuing the transformation of each school into a place that provides a high quality learning environment that is supportive of 21st century education and its community. The FP identifies the projects needed to realize this vision.
