Evaluation Timeline

Evaluation Process - Article 3 RPCEA Contract

• Probationary and temporary unit members shall have an evaluation report at the end of each year.
• Permanent unit members shall have an evaluation report every other year.
• Permanent unit members who satisfy the criteria in Article 3.4.1 shall be placed on a five (5) year evaluation cycle.
