Project Planning and Delivery

Projects funded by Measure B are guided by two teams advising the Board of Trustees. The district design team, which includes district staff, the district's architect and the district's general contractor. Additionally, the district has a Facilities Committee, established in 2012, which also provides guidance and includes two current Trustees. The final decision-making authority for bond expenditures is the Board of Trustees.
